Dr. Sarah Joy is a pelvic and obstetric physical therapist (and a birth doula!). She works with all genders, ages 4 and up. After dealing with her own injuries and health challenges associated with hypermobility and POTS, she understands how important it is to form a trusting partnership with healthcare providers. She believes her role is to guide people to understand their bodies better and support them towards achieving their goals. She utilizes manual therapy, exercise, and education in her practice to make sure everyone gets a very personalized plan for wellness.
